Quality starts
with precision.

Selection and sorting

The product specifications describe a selected variety and hand-picked, hand-sorted olives. Ingredients are listed by range: green olives, water, salt and citric acid for green olives; olives, water and salt for turning-colour and Greek-style black olives.

HACCP approach

Triffa Conserves is committed to an HACCP quality process. This approach concerns quality and service improvement; it is not, in itself, a certification. For supplier approval, specify the supporting documents and audits required by your market.

A reference framework for table olives

The International Olive Council trade standard COI/OT/NC no. 1 of December 2004 describes types, presentations, quality criteria, hygiene and labelling. This historical document is a technical reference, not a certificate for Triffa Conserves.

Before confirming a purchase

Check your requirements against the product specification and request the information applicable to the batch: size grade, final ingredients, shelf life and storage, food-contact documents and destination-country labelling requirements.
